Iced Flat White
Equipment
- Espresso machine
- small glass (6 oz)
- optionally: milk frother
Ingredients
- finely ground coffee (for ristretto)
- cold milk (2% milk is the best for steaming, but you can use any other milk)
- ice cubes
- optionally: sugar or another sweetener that you like
Instructions
- Make cold milk foam
- Pull two ristretto shots
- Put ice cuber into glass
- Pour coffee and milk foam over ice cubes
