Iced Mocha

A perfectly chocolatey, decadent iced mocha coffee.

Equipment

  • Coffee maker
  • Cocktail shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz strong black coffee OR
  • 2 oz espresso
  • 4 oz milk (or plant milk)
  • 3 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup around the sides of a glass
  • Add the ice to the glass
  • Once your coffee has cooled down, pour it into a cocktail shaker
  • Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup to the cocktail shaker
  • Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to combine
  • Pour the mixture from the cocktail shaker into the glass
  • To finish it off, pour the milk into the glass over the coffee

Notes

Make sure your coffee has cooled down before you put it in the cocktail shaker, or you'll end up making a terrible mess.
